Gradebook: Downloading Your Gradebook |

The Gradebook section of your course Control
Panel (see graphic, right) allows you to download a copy
of course grades as Excel spreadsheet. By default, the file
is called gb_export.csv. You have the option to change the
file name before and after downloading.
NOTE: This
feature is primarily for students to view their grades, and
does not officially represent their course grades as acknowledged
by UMBC.

located in the course Control Panel under "Assessments" |

From the "View Spreadsheet" page, click Download
Grades |
|
|
Click Download Grades |

|
| 2.
Download, Save, and Rename. |
|
|
Click Download.
Then, click Save
when prompted by the "File Download" dialog box.
You may choose
the location to which you want to save the file, and rename
it to something you will remember (ex. "coursegrades.csv").

To view the information
in each column, you will have to resize them. Each assignment/quiz,
as well as total points and weighted total, will have its
own column and corresponding grades to each student.
