The ECAR Study of Undergraduates and ITSince 2006, UMBC has participated in the annual "Undergraduates and IT" study conducted by the EDUCAUSE Center for Applied Research (ECAR). In 2008, UMBC also hosted a series of on campus focus groups conducted by Judy Caruso, principal investigator of the ECAR study.
