UMBC faculty explore digital storytelling in summer workshop
Faculty "Train the Trainers" Workshop
UMBC faculty started the summer with a five-day workshop in using digital storytelling in their classes. Ten participants in the "Train the Trainers" experience received intensive training in the creative and technical aspects of teaching digital storytelling in a variety of contexts.
Stories from Charlestown
Students from the New Media Studio have completed thirty digital stories drawn from the life experiences of residents of the Charlestown Retirement Community.
