Corporate Time 6.0: Configuring Your Calendar

  1. When you start the Corporate Time application, you will see the new Sign-in window (as shown below).

  1. If you see "off-line" in the "Connect to" box, click the Other button.
  2. In the Connection Manager window, look in the white box. If you see an entry called calendar.umbc.edu, skip ahead to step 4. Otherwise, you will need to create a calendar entry:

 

a. To create a new calendar entry, click the New... button.

b. In the Connection Editor window, type calendar.umbc.edu in the "Connection Name" box.

c. Type calendar.umbc.edu in the "Server" box, and click the Lookup button.

d. Wait for the fields to be filled in (this is automatic).

e. Click OK.

  1. Back in the Connection Manger window, highlight the calendar.umbc.edu entry and click the Make Default button. Then click OK.
  2. Type your email username and password in the text boxes.
  3. Click the Sign-in button.
