View your Worksheet for printing

1. Click on File

2. Click on Print Preview

Print Preview - Shows you the printed page so you can adjust columns and margins.

The way pages appear in the preview window depends on the available fonts, the resolution of the printer, and the available colors.

Printing Portrait or Lanscape

1. Click on File

2. Click on Print Preview

3. Click on Setup

4. Click on the Page tab. In the Orientation category, click on either Portrait or Landscape

Make the data fit the page

1. Click on File

2. Click on Print Preview

3. Click on Setup

4. Click on the Page tab. In the Scaling category click, click Adjust to: and increase or decrease % of normal size.

5. Or Click in the Fit to: and select 1 page wide by 1 page tall.

Print a Range

1. On the View menu, click Page Break Preview.

2. Select the area you want to print.

3. On the File menu, point to Print Area, and then click Set Print Area.

Add headers and footers

1. Click on File

2. Click on Print Preview

3. Click on Setup

4. Select the Header / Footer tab

5.Click the Header down arrow

6. Select the text you want

7. Follow the same steps for footer
Note You cannot change the color of header and footer text.
