Printing Configuration for UMBC RedHat Linux

The following steps will allow you to access the printers available at the UMBC Campus:

1. Login as root or su to root
2. Run printconf-gui (this is X Window application)
3. Follow the instructions for adding a printer

This should allow you to use your printer. In cases where you want to use a network printer, please contact the Administrator of the networked printer for further information.
