This questionnaire is designed to assist the Office of Information Technology and UMBC's faculty to deliver better services and instruction to students. Instructions

The questions are available below, but answers can only be ubmitted on scantron "bubble" sheets which are available in many department offices, the UMBC Bookstore or the OIT Test Scoring Office in ECS 004 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., M-F. Once completed, the questionnaire's scantron sheet should be returned to ECS 004 to be processed. There is a drop-box for after hours drop offs.

Note: Please answer the questions on the scantron sheet; do not mark any answers on the question sheet itself. Disregard the entries regarding name, identification number, etc. on the scantron sheet.
