Web page for tuition billing/payment information has no printer friendly option, so the page is worthless since you lose over half of the right hand column when you try to print. You'd think a university with such a "wonderful" computer program would be able to design user friendly, workable web pages that parents/students could use. If you hired an outside source to do this "update", you've either been had or have an imcompetent project manager with a faulty design document. Either way you've wasted my tax money and the tuition money budgeted to your department. I hope you have a change management plan in place!

I take exception to being automatically replied to that you'll take a look at my comments when it is convenient. Where is the Customer Service? Why bother asking for comments is you don't have a schedule to look at them? or do you even look at them?

If this is the wrong place to ask this question please tell me. I used to be able to use the calendar to find out when the first day of school is and when the last day of school is. Now i can't do that. I have checked all the different calendar options i think. I need to know the first day of classes this semester (spring 2006) and when the last final day for this semester.

I can't seem to find a way to register on-line. Shouldn't that be easier to find?

How come when I sign into myUMBC I get the old style right away, then if I go into email and back to Academics or something the new style pops up? Why does it shift back and forth if the new style is supposed to be the main style now?

What has happened to the Turnitin.com part of the "Tools" in BlackBoard? Are they permanently gone? I haven't seen any notices indicating that this was going to be removed.

Where is the olde MyUMBC feature that you could click on a tab, e.g. "Academics," (even if it's active) to take you back to the "home" page for that tab? If I click on Academics>>View Transcript, how am I to get back to "Academics" without first clicking on another tab, such as "Personal?" I prefer to browse without having to use the back button.

I am not able to add/drop courses for this semester. When I go to do it, myUMBC says that the Channel did not Render and that I have to reboot the page. However, when I do that, it doesn't work. Please help me so I can change courses! Thanks!
