INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
In addition to the Orientation Course Selection Day, which is mandatory for all new students to the university, the Office of International Education Services (IES) will hold an Immigration Orientation which is required for new international students.
All F-1 students in their first semester at UMBC (including students from UMBC’s ELC, and students transferring from another American school) are expected to attend. If you cannot attend, contact the IES Office to make other arrangements.
