Drumline
The Down an Dirty Dawg Drumline was officially added as part of the pep band in August 2011. Up until then, the drumline had been an ad hoc student group formed to play at some games. Today, the drumline performs at a variety of events, including midnight madness, athletic events, and in parades!
The drumline rehearses on Wednesday evenings in the same time slot as the Pep Band. The drumline also rehearses one additional day each week. This day is determined based on the class schedules of drumline members.
Our current inventory of drumline equipment consists of 7 marching bass drums (16" - 28"), 3 marching snare drums, 2 marching quints, and 2 marching cymbals. We are looking to fill the line!
