Philosophers Anonymous is the undergraduate philosophy society which is organized as a student club with the support of the Student Government Association and the Department of Philosophy. It encourages membership from all those interested in philosophy. Lectures and discussions are lead by philosophers from UMBC and other institutions and include student debates with the faculty on a variety of topics. Philosophers Anonymous acts as a Council of Majors and represents the interest of the students to the department. The 2007 President is John Weller.
