The Silent Watch Program: The UMBC Police Department understands that there are people who have information about a crime but do not want to become involved. This type of information may be very helpful in solving a criminal case. This online form will allow people to report their information STRICTLY CONFIDENTIALLY. The only information you will be revealing about yourself is your email address and the Detective Corporal for investigations will have access to the information.  If you have any information about a crime, please fill out this online form. The information is sent directly to our Department's email account where the Detective Corporal of investigations will decide what actions to take with new information.

DO NOT use this form if you were a victim of a crime and want to meet the police in person about the incident (ie: auto accidents, theft, etc.). If you want direct police involvement, call X-55555 and an officer will respond.
