UMBC Police Publications/Presentations

The UMBC Police Department publishes materials recommended by the National Crime Prevention Council and Maryland Crime Watch and gives presentations on a variety of topics. Information on safety and security is provided to students, faculty, and staff members regularly through lectures, films, bulletins, crime alerts, posters, brochures, University staff and student newspapers, and in programs, such as Pizza with the Police. Safety presentations are given to new resident and commuter students during UMBC's Orientation and New Resident Student Orientation and are also available for all students throughout the year.
