Internship Program

The Political Science department offers three internships, placing up to sixteen students in each. The Legal, Legislative and Administrative Internships are available to qualified sophomores, juniors and seniors from all majors and political persuasions. All internships include an academic component taught in conjunction with the placement and give students an opportunity to substantively work in and observe the processes of their respective placements. Intern experiences may also cause students to solidify or change career paths, or alternately discover others. Each of the mentioned placements entails a formal application process. For further information regarding the programs, application process or individual placements, you can contact the Internship Coordinator in PUP 357 or call (410) 455-2063.
