Tyson King-Meadows has a new book entitled When the Letter Betrays the Spirit: Voting Rights Enforcement and African American Participation from Lyndon Johnson to Barack Obama (Lexington Books, 2011)


Tyson King-Meadows began his two-year term as President of the National Conference of Black Political Scientists in March 2011.


Roy Meyers, with Irene Rubin, authored the lead article for May 2011 Public Administration Review, on the executive budget and budget reform.
