As Business Services Administrator, Nico oversees and manages the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the Office of the Provost. She assists and advises the Provosts on financial and budgetary matters and provides general administrative and financial oversight of the Division of Academic Affairs. She advises the Provost and Vice Provosts on university and division policies and procedures associated with business and financial matters. Nico holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She has over 20 years of experience in accounting, budgeting and administration at the National Security Agency (NSA), Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
