Transtheoretical model of behavior change Measures

University of Rhode Island Change Assessment Scale: URICA
This is a measure of readiness to change.  The URICA could be used to assess clinical process and motivational readiness for change as well as to measure process and outcome variables for a variety of health and addictive behaviors.
Self Efficacy Scales
The Abstinence Self-efficacy scale is a self-report measure that assesses an individual's confidence to abstain from substance use or health behaviors in a variety of different situations.

The Temptation to Use scale is a self-report measure that assesses how tempted an individual is to engage in a variety of different health behaviors such as substance use.
