of Rhode Island Change Assessment Scale: URICA
- This is a measure of readiness to change. The URICA could be used to assess
clinical process and motivational readiness for change as well as to measure
process and outcome variables for a variety of health and addictive behaviors.

a person perceives in terms of health behaviors.

- Algorithms are a quick and efficient way to assess where an individual lies
along the stages of change.
