UMBC's Resource Center for Language and Culture (RCLC)
The Resource Center for Language and Culture (RCLC) was established more than 20 years ago in association with UMBC's Department of Education and with the support of the Maryland State Department of Education. Its fully automated lending library includes more than 20,000 print and non print materials used by business professionals, educators, students, and trainers.
Once another language is mastered it is no longer foreign.
Once another culture is understood it is no longer alien.
