Submitting a Session: The Call for Proposals for ACTFL-Sponsored sessions closed December 17, 2004. The committee is currently reviewing proposals and presenters will be notified of the committees’ decision by the end of March 2005. While the committee is reviewing the submissions they can NOT be edited by the submitter. Submitters' whose submissions are accepted will have an opportunity to review and make minor edits their submission before it is printed in the program guide.

Organizations and Exhibitors may still submit sponsored-by sessions and requests for meetings, receptions, special events online until March 4, 2005.
