NEW CLASS MEETING TIMES
UMBC is implementing new class scheduling guidelines, including adjustments to standard class meeting
times, effective with the Fall 2005 semester.
These adjustments are intended to enable more efficient utilization of UMBC classrooms and
to maximimize student scheduling options. One component of the new change is that the Free Hour,
traditionally scheduled MWF from 1 to 2 pm, will move to MWF noon - 1 pm.
