Registrar services
The Office of the Registrar is pleased to announce new services and ordering options to students and alumni for document services. Beginning July 1st , 2008, we will offer students and alumni the option to request the following:
- Overnight or expedited shipping of transcripts and other documents.
- Fax transmission of unofficial documents (such as copies of transcripts).
- Text messaging to indicate the status of orders for transcripts.
- Immediate notification of any issue with your order (either while online or via email) such as financial obligation to UMBC that prevents a document from being released.

$25 per document. (This fee will be incurred for items such as catalog course descriptions that are not available online. Other examples include, but are not limited to, any requests for archival data related to student records.) |
The Office of the Registrar is committed to providing excellent service to the University community. These new services will enable us to better meet the needs of students and alumni.
*Price contingent upon use of priority service versus two-day service.
