NON--DEGREE STUDENTS REGISTRATION
New non-degree students must first apply for admission
before registering (see "Admission"). Once you are admitted,
you should activate a myUMBC computer account, and then
use myUMBC to register online.
New non-degree students for the Spring 2008 semester
may register January 24-27, 2008
or during Late Registration, January
28-Februrary 8, 2008 (a $20.00 late registration
fee will be assessed).
Non-Degree students who were enrolled at UMBC during
Fall 2007 and wish to take courses in the Spring 2008
semester may register during the General Registration
period, which begins on December
3, 2008.
For both new and continuing non-degree students, a $20.00
late registration fee will be assessed for registration
after January 28, 2008.
Students who have already registered may make adjustments
to their schedule through the add/drop period which
ends on February 8, 2008.
How To Register Online
First, create your myUMBC account:
http://www.umbc.edu/oit/orientation/student/
Then, log onto myUMBC.
To log in, you will need your:
1. Username (same as your login name for your email
account)
2. Password (same as your password for your email account)
3. Social Security number (omit hyphens)
4. Pin Number (view the help text at http://www.umbc.edu/oit/orientation/student/
for more details about PINS)
