Housing Cancellations

Reminder to Residential Students: If you are not planning on returning to campus housing for the Spring Semester you’ll need to meet with a member of the Residential Operations team by calling 410-455-8832. You have signed a legally binding housing license that obligates you to pay for housing charges for the full academic year. You will need to fill out a petition that will be reviewed by a Committee and there are cancellation fees of $600 plus forfeiting your $200 deposit if approved for release.
