Listed are estimated rates for the Academic Year of 2012-2013. Rates are approved by the Board of Regents. Notwithstanding any other provision of this or any other University publication, the University reserves the right to make changes in tuition, fees, and other charges at any time such changes are deemed necessary by the University and the University System of Maryland Board of Regents. Official rates can be found on the UMBC Bursar's office website for tuition and fees.

Apartment residents are responsible for a monthly utility charge that is billed at end of semester and divided among those apartment residents.
