In the fall of 1986, the first Hillside apartment was opened. Hillside was completed for full occupancy by mid-spring of 1987. Hillside apartments are equipped with kitchens which include a four-burner stove unit, a refrigerator, and a microwave.

A meeting room and lounge with a large screen televisionand a conference room are located in the Elk Building.

Both the area desk and laundry room are housed on the ground floor of the Elk building.
