The Terrace Community, the first to be equipped
with kitchens, followed shortly after West Hill construction in
the fall of 1983. Kitchens include a range/oven combination and
a refrigerator.

Both the area desk and laundry room are housed
on the ground floor of Chincoteague. The Apartment Council office
is also located in Chincoteague.
