If you are currently living in Walker Avenue Apartments (WAA) and want to return for the 2013-2014 Academic year, you are able to renew your lease and request new roommates. If you do not live in WAA and have at least 39 credits, as of winter session 2013, you are able to apply to move to WAA. Click here for more information about the 2013 Housing Selection process.

| The Walker Avenue Apartment Community was built in 2003 and is currently the newest residential facility on campus. Walker Avenue Apartments is managed in a public/private partnership between UMBC and Capstone Management. Walker Avenue Apartments offers state-of-the-art accommodations to upperclass students (39+ credits) and graduate students on campus. |

| Each apartment unit contains a laundry washer and dryer, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and garbage-disposal. All beds are full-size and require standard, full-sized linen. The "Club House" located at 990 Walker Avenue offers a place for socializing with a 42-inch large-screen television. Next to the Club House is a sand-pit volleyball court for impromptu games.

| Walker Avenue Apartments is comprised of 3 buildings (12 stacks). Building 1 contains stacks 1-5, Building 2 contains stacks 6-9 and Building 3 contains stacks 10-12. Stack 11 is reserved for graduate student housing.
