- Walker residents can move-in between 9:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M.

- First meal on the meal plan is dinner on August 24th
- Families can purchase lunch at True Grit's on Saturday for a buy one, get one ½ off discount

- West Hill Supplemental Agreement - Required for all residents of West Hill. Please
download, sign, and bring to your check-in.

- ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR UMBC RED CARD TO CHECK IN!
- If you do not have a UMBC Red card or have lost your card over the summer remember you will need to go to Campus Card BEFORE checking in at your residential community

- West Hill Supplemental Agreement - Required for all residents of West Hill. Please
download, sign, and bring to your check-in.

- Early Arrival Request Form (available mid-August)
- Early arrival requests must be submitted using the online form above. Students who are part of pre-approved groups like Woolies, Residential Life staff, or authorized athletic teams do not need to use this form. Costs for early arrivals are $27 per day.
- Generally speaking, early arrivals are not possible for most residents. Buildings are not yet prepared for arrivals, and communities are not staffed. You should plan on moving in on the following dates:
- August 24th – New freshmen and transfers
- August 26th - Returning residents (upperclassmen)
