The Resident Student Association is the primary advocacy group for students living on campus at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Our meetings are every Tuesday night at 8:00 PM in the Harbor Hall Multipurpose Room.

RSA holds a number of events though out the year, including Block Party, Midnight Breakfast, Midnight Dessert, and Dogapalooza. RSA also supports a number of other organizations, such as Community Action Boards and the National Residence Hall Honorary.

What is CAB?

There is one Community Action Board in each residential community (residence hall or apartment community). Community Action Boards are allocated an amount of money each semester from RSA and work to hold events that address the needs and wants of their community. Each CAB is required to send a representative to every RSA General Body meeting to report on the CAB's activities and relay concerns from within the community.
