CAACURH and Conferences

The Resident Student Association (RSA) at UMBC is apart of a regional delegation, CAACURH (Central Atlantic Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls), which is apart of a large national organization, NACURH (National Association of College and University Residence Halls).

Since the fall of 1989, UMBC’s Resident Student Association has been an active member of NACURH. UMBC has hosted numerous regional conferences in that time, CAACURH Mini/No-Frills Conference 1993, CAACURH 1995, and CAACURH No-Frills 2003. UMBC will be hosting the 15th annual CAACURH Regional Conference from November 10-12, 2006. UMBC continues to show their involvement by hosting numerous students to the CAACURH Regional Board of Directors and the National Board of Directors. UMBC attends each and every regional and national conference with an abundance of school and regional sprit.
