This is an example of an Of the Month (OTM) nomination form, which all members are expected to submit throughout the year.  OTM’s are intended to recognize people and events on-campus that positively effect the residential community.  Please write about an event/program that you would like to see happen on-campus or one that has already occurred, that you think would deserve recognition as an Event Of The Month.  Highly detailed and creative nominations are encouraged because OTM’s are generally submitted for campus, regional, and national awards!  A sample OTM has been provided.
