A late payment fee of 5% of the past due balance (minimum late fee of $10, maximum $200) will be charged the first time that an account becomes past due for the semester. An additional late payment fee of 1% of the past due balance (minimum late fee of $10, maximum $200) will be charged each month that charges remain past due for the semester.
