Spring 2012
Schedule Adjustment Period
January 26, 2012 - February 1, 2012
Between January 26, 2012 and February 1, 2012, students can drop courses and receive a refund of 100% of all tuition and fees.
February 2, 2012 - February 8, 2012 (SWAP Period)
Between Febraury 2, 2012 and February 8, 2012 students can drop a course and replace it with another course (SWAP) for the same number of credits, with no financial penalty.
SWAP Example
Add Math 101 (3credits), Drop Math 101 (3 credits) , Add Math 102 (3 credits) - Charged for 3 credits of tution and fees.
Between February 2, 2012 and February 8, 2012, students dropping a course and not replacing it with another course, will be charged 20% of tuition and fees for the dropped course.
