John O. Clark has over 43 years experience in SE. He is a Chief Engineer
supporting the Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector Director of
Engineering Strategy. For NGC, John is the NGC SE instructor, co-author of the
NGC SE Handbook, representative to the following working groups(WG):
IEEE SE Council, IEEE 1220, US TAG, TechAmerica/GEIA G-47 EIA-632A, and G-33 TR&A.
For Northrop Grumman Information Systems, Mr. Clark is the PM & SE Policies & Procedures CCB, SSEPG, and DSD EPG chief engineer, SEA SE instructor, SEAG MWG alternate rep, Agile SE CoP founder, SoSE/A CoP co-lead, Requirements CoP rep, Training WG rep, and Industry WG representative. For Northrop Grumman and INCOSE, John is the INCOSE CSEP instructor, Process Improvement WG lead, multiple WGs member, SE Handbook reviewer, ISO/IEC 15288, 12207, and TR 24748 reviewer, and HRA Chapter Director of E&T. John is an NDIA member, Rutgers SE continuing education instructor, and ODU SE adjunct instructor.
Mr. Clark is the 2009 recipient of an Exemplary Performance Award for Multi-Sector Collaboration from Wes Bush (NGC President & CEO) and Dr John Chino (NGC VP Programs & Engineering) and the Outstanding Service Award from INCOSE, including selection to the INCOSE Hall of Leaders. INCOSE CSEP, BSEE Penn State, and MSEE State University of New York.
