Mr. Paul Martin has more than 20 years experience as an engineer specializing in Systems Development and Procurement in the Defense Acquisition community.   Presently he works for Serco as a Senior Systems Engineer. He has extensive experience in the overall system engineering process, including: concept, requirements definition, design, production, testing, and acceptance.  He’s on the Board of Directors for the Chesapeake chapter of INCOSE.  He also teaches a CSEP preparation course for UMBC Training Center.
