New Faculty
Welcome to UMBC-Shady Grove! It is a pleasure to have you join our team. You are an integral part of our success at USG. As such, we want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your hard work and dedication to helping our students succeed both inside and outside of the classroom.
To gain access to the various UMBC resources you will need as a faculty member, please complete the following paperwork:
- Faculty Pre-Hire Form - E-mail this completed form to Ashley Waters, UMBC-Shady Grove Program Coordinator, at awaters@umbc.edu.
- HR Forms - Print completed forms and mail to Ashley Waters, UMBC-Shady Grove Program Coordinator, 9636 Gudelsky Drive, Rockville, MD 20850.
After all paperwork has been completed accurately, accepted, and processed, you will receive a UMBC Campus ID. You will use this Campus ID to set-up your myUMBC account and university e-mail address. Click here for myUMBC account set-up instructions.
