PARKING

Please note that parking for the disabled will be located in Lot #2, 4 & 5. Vehicles found in violation of posted restrictions for disabled, fire lanes, and other marked spaces will be towed to an on-site location. In addition, the vehicle owner will be billed $50 for the violation.

Lot #5 also contains spaces for registered carpools. Please see the Security Guard Desk in SG III to register your carpool & receive a pass to use these spaces.

Lot #3 is available for DAYLIGHT parking only. This lot is located on Traville Gateway Drive close to the intersection with Darnestown Road. No parking for the disabled will be provided in this lot.

Parking Advisory Dates, when we forecast parking lots to be filled to maximum capacity, are listed on our website. Go to our home page at www.shadygrove.umd.edu and click on Parking Information. Please plan ahead and leave plenty of time to find a space before your class or event on these dates.
