Monthly Paw Print Award

The Monthly Paw Print is an award given to student organizations for outstanding events each month. Monthly Paw Prints recognize all of the time and effort that goes into creating new and exciting events that improve campus life and create a sense of community at UMBC. Similar to the annual Black and Gold Awards, The Monthly Paw Print is aimed at encouraging student organizations to keep up the good work all year long.

Each month, the winners are decided based on the following event criteria:

* Originality
* Size/Attendance
* Impact on Community
* Advertisement/Publicity
* Campus "Buzz" about the event
