If you would like your student organization to participate in Involvement Fest, please fill out the form below. Please note the following limitations:

• Only recognized and registered student organizations are allowed to participate.
• Check-in begins at 10.
• Table space will be assigned by category.
• Each organization is allocated one-half (three feet) of a table and one chair.
• Electrical outlets are not available.
• Each organization can decorate their table space.
• If you register after the deadline, you may not be accommodated.
• Activity guidelines: All activities are subject to the approval of the Office of Student Life. Organizations cannot sell anything at the event. Organizations must include a description of their activity in their registration form. Any organization who deviates from the registration form activity description may be asked to leave Involvement Fest and any loss incurred as a result is not the responsibility of the event hosts. No foods that have a temperature requirement (hot/cold) to maintain safety will be allowed. Organizations take on full responsibility of the activities they host and UMBC is not responsible/liable for any organization activity. Your organization's registration for Involvement Fest is acceptance of these terms.
