Cabinet & Mailbox Allocation

All recognized student organizations are eligible to apply for a mailbox and cabinet allocation each academic year.  The application process is announced via the oslinfo mailing list during the spring semester and assignments are made for the subsequent academic year.  For example, May 2008 for the 2008-2009 academic year.  Allocations are valid for one academic year.  All organizations must re-apply for allocated space annually.

Involvement Fest

All recognized student organizations are invited to participate in Involvement Fest, the premier student organizations fairs that take place at the beginning of each semester.  Information about the registration process is announced via the oslinfo mailing list.  For more information, contact the Office of Student Life at osl@umbc.edu.

The Retriever Black and Gold Awards

Each May, there is a chance to celebrate and publicly recognize the contributions and achievements of outstanding student leaders and student organizations through the Retriever Black and Gold Awards.  Information about the application process is announced via the oslinfo mailing list, as in also available on the Office of Student Life website.  All student leaders are encouraged to nominate deserving individuals and organizations for this recognition.
