Schedule Election

A "Schedule Election" is the Friday we vote for the titles we want to see during our regular showings.

Preceeding this showing, 10 nominations will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. Once the officer collecting the nominations receieves 10 titles, no more will be accepted. Usually the officers will select approximately 10 people at random sometime before 6pm for a quick 'n' dirty gauge of the audience's knowledge of the nominated titles. This helps to determine playing order. People nominating titles need to bring the episode being played that night before 6pm. The showing will start as close to 6pm as possible. Five titles will be played, then break will occur for a half an hour, then the last five titles will be played.

Voting will occur at the end of the evening. What does this mean? This means that even if you sit through the first 9 titles, if you decide to skip out on the last one, then you're skipping out on your chance to vote. You must be present at the end of the last nomination to receive a chance to vote on which titles you wish to see.
