Phil Vannoorbeeck started as a freshman here at UMBC in the fall of 2009 and started attending UAS meetings because he liked the bubbles at Involvement Fest. Hailing from a long history of anime fandom that dates all the way back to middle school, Phil now likes to consider himself at a fandom level of “obsessed” and would like everyone to refer to him as such. Clearly not knowing the ramifications of leaving his home in Connecticut, Phil has decided that he wants to live in a cardboard box in the freeway after graduation so he is currently studying Ancient Studies and Theatre. When not trying to convince passersby of the awesomeness that is Code Geass (seriously, if he mentions it, just walk away) Phil likes to sing, dance, and have Scrubs trivia contests in the line at Chick-Fil-A with ginger commuters who can kick his girly butt all the way down the hall in Erickson.
