Registration

Walk-in entries are welcome. It is fine to bring your check and certification letter to the event. If you plan to show up, we would appreciate letting us know by registering on-line asap (beginning with the simple pre-registration form)

Entry Fees
Players and alternates $120/person if rec'd by 11-17 ($150 late). Non-player social fee $60/person ($80 late). These fees include reception, snack food at each round, and entry fee for alternates in Closed. These fees help pay for all event costs, including prizes, tournament directors, publicity, game commentary, and event space.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards. We do accept checks (make out to UMBC). UMBC's tax ID is 52 600 2033.

Eligibility Certification
Each delegation must send letter from a school official (e.g., registrar) on official letterhead certifying eligibility. Eligibility requirements.
