The UMBC Equestrian Club welcomes everyone, regardless of riding experience. The Equestrian Club holds many events during the year, including guest speakers, off campus trips, rides, and movie nights. The club also takes lessons at Patapsco Horse Center, and competes in Zone IV Region I of the IHSA. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

The Goucher show this past weekend proved to be a great success for UMBC's team. In Intermediate Over Fences, Emily Plitt placed 6th. In Novice Over Fences, Jen Mohr took home a 4th place ribbon. For the Novice Flat phase, Jen also took home 4th, while Karen Roberson received 4th in her section and Emily won the blue, qualifying for regionals! In Advanced WTC, Drew Duhan and Hannah Wyper placed 1st and 3rd respectively. Nice job all!
