When do you want to have our informal promotional pickup games

This is how it goes:  student life is organizing funsies on Erickson on Monday, September 6th, and they wanna know if we wanna be part of that by hosting some “informal games.”  The sports club coordinator needs to know when to reserve Erickson for us.  I’m either going to suggest 12-3 PM, or 2-5 PM.  I need to know which one works better for you, because the more people from our lovely organization that can be there to help out and increase team visibility, the better.
