We are the skulls of University of Maryland, Baltimore County--which is the Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity. As a social fraternity residing near downtown Baltimore, we invite you to browse our website to learn more about the Phi Kaps, or the skulls as we're known on campus. We enjoy being one of the newest fraternities at UMBC, as well as having the most potential for growth out of all the other fraternities on campus.
