November 2008: The UMBC Pre-Medical Society held a bake sale designed to raise money and awareness about a clinic in downtown Baltimore being renovated in order to provide free basic healthcare as well as free HIV testing.

 

February 2009: Members of the UMBC Pre-Medical society spent time with Patch Adams at a healthcare conference

 

March 2009: UMBC Pre-Medical society students once again braved to cold to deliver fresh baked good to students and staff in order to raise money for the ongoing renovation of the clinic in downtown Baltimore
