6. right leg front kick step down with the right foot into long stance, right hand middle block left arm inner block

7. left leg front kick step down with the left foot into long stance, left hand middle right arm inner block

8. move the right foot into a long stance, right hand back-fist strike

9. turn 270 left, moving the left foot into a back stance, left arm knife-hand block


10. move the right foot forward into a long stance, right arm reinforced elbow strike to midsection
11. turn 180 right, moving the right foot into a back stance, right arm knife-hand block
12. move the left foot forward into a long stance, left arm reinforced elbow strike to midsection
