  1. from the ready stance step forward with your left foot into a back stance

2. slide the left foot forward into a forward stance and execute a right reverse punch

3. execute a left foot jumping front kick. As you land in a left foot forward front stance execute an outside to inside forearm block. right reverse punch, left straight punch

4. step forward into a right front stance while executing a right straight punch

5. turn left 270 degrees, stepping with the left foot into a left foot forward back stance. Simultaneous right upper block and left lower block

6. Slide the front foot into a right foot forward stance and isometrically perform an right upper punch

7. turn right 270 degrees, stepping with the right foot into a right foot forward back stance Simultaneous left upper block and right lower block

8. Slide the front foot into a right foot forward stance and isometrically perform an left upper punch

9. step 270 degrees right with the right foot into a left foot forward knife-hand guarding block

10. slide the front foot forward into a left foot forward stance right reverse punch


11. right front kick, set down in a left foot forward back stance and quickly step back with the left foot into a right foot forward back stance left palm block

12. step 90 degrees left with the left foot into a left foot forward back stance left outer knife-hand block

13. slide the front foot into a left foot forward stance right reverse punch

14. slide the left foot back into a back stance left palm block

15. step 180 degrees right with the right foot into a right foot forward back stance right outer knife-hand block

16. slide the front foot into a right foot forward stance left reverse punch

17. slide the right foot back into a back stance right palm block

18. step 90 degrees right with the right foot into a right foot forward back stance lower guarding block with fists

19. double front kick, left leg first landing in a right foot forward stance right middle block, left reverse punch

20. step with the left foot 270 degrees left into a left foot forward back stance left knife hand block

21. slide the front foot forward into a left foot forward stance right elbow strike, right backfist, left reverse punch

22. step with the right foot 180 degrees to the right into a right foot forward back stance right knife hand block

23. slide the front foot into a right foot forward stance left elbow strike, left backfist, right reverse punch
